FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering your ship-to zip code. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. International customers (outside United States) please contact us to place your order to ensure correct shipping charges are added to the order. International orders placed through the shopping cart will receive an additional follow-up invoice including the correct shipping charges.

Q: How long will it take until I receive my item?
A: We do our very best to ship all orders as soon as possible. Generally, orders will ship within one to three business days if the item is in stock, most orders ship same day. If an item is out-of-stock and it will be longer than 5 business days before we are able to ship your order you will receive an email or phone call to inform you of the delay. Feel free to contact us before you place an order to check the availability of any item.

Q: I am looking for something specific not found on your site, can you help me locate it and special order?
A: YES. We will do our best to help you find what you are looking for. We will special order an item at no additional cost.

Q: What are the benefits to registering with your site?
A: Registering with the site allows you the opportunity to review your past orders, track an order, save your cart for return visits, use the express lane during checkout. By providing your email address you will also receive special offers, new product updates, fascinating articles and tips for successful backyard birding.

Q: Why do I have to register with the site to use a Promo Code?
A: Registration is required to use Promo Codes. This allows us to monitor the use of Promo Codes for research purposes only and to limit use to once per customer. It also prevents misuse of Promo Codes.
